Durham academy graduate Scott Steel made his first-team debuts in all three formats during the 2019 summer. He started with a half-century on his first appearance in the Royal London Cup, averaging 32.42 from seven innings, before going on to enjoy a productive Vitality Blast - his 369 runs second only to D'Arcy Short for Durham. An aggressive opener in white-ball cricket, he also bowls handy offspin.
