Dan Mousley

Mousley emulated his fellow Aston Villa-supporting Warwickshire players, Ian Bell and Chris Woakes, in representing England at the Under-19 World Cup in South Africa 2019-20, where he impressed with a century in the Plate Final against Sri Lanka. Also a handy offspinner, he signed his first professional contract with the Bears in 2019 and made his first-class debut against Essex in July that year. In 2020 he produced a maiden half-century in victory over Glamorgan, but his opportunities have been limited since then. However, he did earn a deal with Birmingham Phoenix in the Hundred in 2022 after some impressive middle-order striking in the Blast.
