West Indies v Zimbabwe, 2012-13

At North Sound, Antigua, March 3, 2013. Second Twenty20 international: West Indies won by 41 runs. ‡West Indies 158-7 (20 overs) (L. M. P. Simmons 41, K. A. Pollard 45*); Zimbabwe 117-6 (20 overs) (H. Masakadza 53*; S. Badree 3-17). MoM: S. Badree. MoS: L. M. P. Simmons. T20I debut: S. T. Gabriel (West Indies).

West Indies completed a whitewash of the white-ball matches. Pollard's power-hitting set up a testing total, then the bowlers again exploited Zimbabwe's frail batting. Earlier, West Indies had been restricted to 64 from the first ten overs - but 94 came in the second half, and 59 from the last five. Pollard smacked two sixes and two fours in the 18th over, from Tendai Chatara, which cost 23 in all. Zimbabwe's cause was lost once Samuel Badree's flat, skidding leg-spin accounted for the first three wickets.
