Zimbabwe v Kenya

At Bulawayo, December 15, 2002. Zimbabwe won by nine wickets. Toss: Kenya.

Zimbabwe rapidly sealed the series with their best performance. Kenya won their third toss, but slipped to 23 for three before Tikolo and Odumbe put together a superb stand of 83, which might have led to a challenging total had they not risked a second run to Blignaut. Tikolo was run out and the remaining six wickets tumbled for 27, all of them to Olonga, who returned his second-best analysis for Zimbabwe. After Campbell fell in the second over, Vermeulen and Blignaut matched each other stroke for stroke, racing to victory with an unbroken stand of 130. A storm which extended the lunch-break by nearly an hour provided the only tension.

Man of the Match: H. K. Olonga.
Man of the Series: T. J. Friend.
