Then Gayle delighted a capacity crowd of 25,000 with strokes of withering power, plundering three sixes and nine fours to score 84 in 67 balls. His opening stand of 117 in 18 overs with Hinds all but settled the result, which levelled the series. Yohannan, so impressive at Bridgetown, conceded 25 in one over - 24 to Gayle plus a no-ball.
