Grant Flower and Campbell failed with the bat, but they made amends when they became unlikely bowling heroes in the Kenyan reply. After Tikolo and Odumbe had repaired early damage - the two openers were l. b. w. - with another century stand, Flower deceived both with his left-arm spin and ended with a career-best four for 32.
