Snell hustled out Sri Lanka with almost ten overs left. Coming on first change, he took three wickets for eight runs in his first six-over spell, reducing the opposition from 48 for one to 59 for four. South Africa had not been able to set an enormous target, despite solid contributions from Wessels, Cullinan and McMillan.
