3rd Twenty20 International, Abu Dhabi

Pakistan v West Indies, 2016-17

At Abu Dhabi, September 27, 2016 (floodlit). Pakistan won by eight wickets. Toss: Pakistan. Twenty20 international debuts: Rumman Raees; K. O. K. Williams.
On the slower surfaces and larger outfields of the UAE, the West Indian power-hitting game once more seemed hopelessly limited. They were even worse than in the first match, limping past 100 with only seven boundaries. Their top order continued to struggle against Imad Wasim's onspinning left-arm spin - all three of his victims were bowled by straight deliveries - while Samuels used up 59 balls for 42. Shoaib Malik bowled the only two right-arm overs in West Indies' innings, and backed it up with 43 of the lowest-pressure runs he will ever score. A near-full stadium did not cavil at the lack of competition. This was Pakistan's first T20 in Abu Dhabi since February 2012, so any game would do.
Man of the Match: Imad Wasim. Man of the Series: Imad Wasim.
