The NZC President's XI chose from 13 players- including the tourists' Ehsan Adil, who went on to bowl Umar Akmal. The Pakistanis were 79-5before another century stand between Umar and Misbah, this time 116. But Pollard swung the matchwith 153 in 132 balls; none of his team-mates reached 30, though the tail finished the job after hewas seventh out with 24 required from 22 deliveries.
